I'm sending a Saab Viggen jet kit to a modeler in New Zealand. The box is considered oversize for Fed Ex and they want $750 to ship economy class!. Does anyone know of a more economical way to ship a 70" by 32" by 12" wooden container.
Thanks,
Ed

Inquire with Forward Air... they ship worldwide and have outlets in most large cities..... maybe they would be able to go where you want in New Zealand.

Check out your USPS international rates and limitations where it meets the initial size for oversize items of between 108" and max of 130" which is the length plus girth.
