hello from Greece again!

.........so here i go

.................a friend of mine gave me some new cans of this turbine oil for free
.........is it any good.....should i trust it to lube my p-120 baby??

That is what I have been running for about 3 years. It works just fine. That is what Ram called for when I got my turbine.

I use it too, seems OK, and meets the fullscale specs. so should.

Its a good oil, I have used it for the last 5 years and never a bearing problem.

i used the 2389 as my first oil ever, before i turned to aeroshell (easy to get) and my turbines never had a glitch...

i use mobil 254 because it is easy for me to get
you can use 2380/254/mobil jet 2/any turbine oil
that has mil spec # 23699

....all this best recommendation for this oil

so i got some sausages on the fire with it and ....

this oil SUCK

for food

2380 used to be the oil of preference, until some manufactures started advocating the use of Aeroshell for slightly less risk of coking.

I'm using aeroshell 500 in my jetcat but ask the same question to JetCat and the told me is good too. Depends on wich one is cheaper to get. And for free!!!!

Hello to everybody! I am a greek jet lover(though I don't own a jet model yet, my budget only allows piston power for now)
and also student of mechanical engineering..
In my final year project at university I am studying experimentally an AMT Olympus on a custom made test cell .My question is this (mainly to greek members) Where can I find turbine oil (shell,bp or exxon, I guess they all do) in medium quantities (less than 10 kg)?
Please help!!
