DFW JET RODEO, JUNE 2nd - 4th
DFW Jet Rodeo, June 2nd – 4th
The field is in great shape and the forecast for the weekend is great. Winds throughout the event are predicted at 5 - 10 mph, temps in the mid 80's. The 650' runway has a coat of new sealer and is ready for plenty of sorties. Let's burn some Jet-A.

- We have provided additional gravel for RV’s to swing wide to enter the gate to the field. We have re-arranged the RV electrical hookups to make them easily accessible. We have provided an RV turn around area where the RV’s back into the six gravel pads provided. ONLY RV’s will be permitted in the gravel parking lot behind the main field structure.
-Pilots can now park their trailers and cars behind their pits to the south of the taxiway.
-Two free pilot lunches
-$5 all you can eat, beef and chicken fajita dinner Saturday evening.
-Awards and pilot goodies

Look forward to another great DFW Jet Rodeo this year. Went out yesterday and got the F-18 and Bobcat ready to go - The turn out last year was absolutely primo - Food, spectators, pilots - the whole nine yards was top notch. Hope to see the Mississippi Gang, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Louisana and surrounding States this year again. BTW - The field and runway look great - accomodations should be paramount.
