RE: JetCat GPS unit
Hi Mike,
I think this paramater is loaded like all of the rest of them, using the same software as you use with any other parameter. I will check the next time I talk to Wiclox or you can give Max a jingle in Germany.
Sorry for the late reply I was out of town over the weekend.

RE: JetCat GPS unit
Hi Mike,
JetCat USA does not sell the GPS units any more and have not supported it in a couple of years.
The software is kind of minimalistic and buggy in my experience. I offer that as a caveat, if you still want it it is on the JetCat USA website, and you need the converter. Talk to Max, maybe they are still selling and supporting it in Europe.
Hope that helps,

Matt
Sorry to bother you again, but the only software download on the US site is for the ECU and turbine controls, if does not download the GPS information as far as I can see, is there another place I should be looking on the site other than in downloads?

RE: JetCat GPS unit
Hi Mike,
When I played with the downloading back in the day, I used the DOS program and sucked the data into a simple tab delimited excel spreadsheet, then I could plot it. I am not sure what you are trying to do with the GPS data, but if the data is in that NMEA format you could probably ingest into excel and tweak the data and export it to Google maps or something, who knows.

Thanks Matt
I thought there was a dedicated bit of software to download the information too, but obviously not, thanks for your help.
