JR 9503 recevier question
Guys,
I am finishing up my Nano and was wondering if it would be ok to mount a satellite receiver on the front of the Dubro 50 oz. tank. I have a 12 inch extension and it really seems like the best place to mount it. The main receiver is mounted on the right front side of the fuselage. This is my first 2.4 ghz radio and I decided to test it out on the Nano. Any other tips or ideas would be appreciated.

If you have a long enough lead on the satellite, I would try to get one satellite aft of the fuel tank, that could help if the fuel was shadowing the forward satellites. </p>

From my readings about 2.4G and liquids (water), I would place your satellite as far from the fuel tank as you can. As Socomon stated, getting the satellite aft of the tank would be a better idea. Also, be sure to orient the antenna at right angles to one another.
