The C of G is 12.5 inches from the trailing edge of the wing the plane balanced very well in that location.
I am not sure of the throws I used the TLAR method.

The CG is as previously mentioned....

Conventional Aileron-Elevator:
Aileron - 5/8" up and down
Elevator: High Rate - 1.25" Up and down
Low Rate - 0.75" Up and down

Tailerons Only
Aileron Function - 1" Up and down
Elevator Function - same as the conventional throws above

Optional Flaps/ Rudders
Flaps: Takeoff - 20 degrees
Landing - 50 degrees
Rudder - 0.75" Left and Right
