Anything happening on a regular basis in NCal. area? Also for those that are in that area, what would be the closest Jet Rally during the year? TIA.

Most flying int the Bay Area for Jets is done at SCCMAS Tomcats:

There is also some flying up in Woodland but that's about an hour or a little more north. It really comes down to where in the Bay Area you will be I guess. The closest Rally would be the Woodland/Davis Jet Rally though. Other than that there would be California Jets and Fresno Jets.

Thanks Guys. It's actually for my brother who lives outside of San Francisco. Our families haven't seen each other in about nine years and last month we met up in Avila beach. I told him about the hobby and linked some youtube videos and he's interested in actually seeing jets up close. What do you think is the average number of jets that show up for the meet in October at Woodland is? Thanks again.

The attendance at the WD Jet meet is a good one for your brother to attend, I will say 20+ jets of all size and models, we get a fairly good attendance from the locals that already know about the jet meet.
Our next event is next weekend July 23, 24, 25, Wings of Victory, Lots of warbirds.

We get more than that in attendance. Last year We had almost 30 registered pilots and most guys have multiple airplanes. Heck Scott Rowan had his fleet there and that is 6 jets with one pilot. I would guess we had at least 60 aircraft at the event.
