Default best video camera for in flight video?

hello,

I have seen many great videos lately, many from Winamac and Kentucky Jets. I am wondering what simple/best small video camera is being used often?

I wouldnt mind getting some cockpit view footage from my A10!

Thanks
Dave

Not sure if this is the best, but it is certainly the cheapest. I bought a key fob style "spy camera" of ebay for 11$. It is extremely small and light weight. Here is a video from the bottom of my Jet Legend L39.

There you go.

delivery is fairly fast. You will need a SD card also.

Me too John I paid $1.01 for my high def keychain cam and $8.95 for shipping from Hong Kong to me in Tennessee, US. 2 weeks to arrive, but it records in 720 h.d. and is absolutely unbelieveable in performance! Best gadget Ive EVER purchased!

I have have very good luck with the new Key fob video cameras I have put them on my full scale planes as well as the rc jets with very good results. Much better than the flycameone cameras and mine have stayed on with velcro only. Uses a micro sd card and charges via usb

here is a link to some vids

http://www.youtube.com/54KW

I have 5 of these now for different views on the plane.

ordered mine off of e-bay. Just make sure you buy the ones with free shipping I think I paid $11-12 ea for mine. Took approx 4 weeks to get here but worth the wait.

You still have to buy the micro SD card. then edit the time.txt file to get the time and date correct you only have to do this once though.

May I take this opportunity to thank my dear friend Jason who just gave me one this evening.
I shall strap it to my plastic pig and we will be giving it a good workout on Monday.

Please don't read the above out of context !

So this little gizmo has its own real time clock that time stamps the video/stills as long as it remains charged up ? Cool.
