Got some good flights in this weekend on this bird. Flying with a P70, jet weighs 18.5 lbs dry. I only get about 5.5-6 min of flight time with this setup. I need to add some extra tanks. A friend of mine is sending me some thin saddle tanks that came with a Razor. I'm hoping these will work to give me an extra 3 min or so. Anyway, these pics were taken this afternoon after flying in Arkansas:

This is a video of a BVM T-33 with Jetcat P-80 and it got a little more than 7 min flight time. I don´t know if there are big differences in tank capacity between the two(P-80 and T-33). But you should be getting more out of the P-70. This used to be a glow ducted fan powered T-33, I will ask the owner if he did any modifications to add more fuel tanks and his dry weight:

Andy,
Make sure your tanks are being filled to the correct capacity and also you can drain out the same amount.
