UAT = Ultimate Air leak

About 2.5 years old two UATs have failed! Both leaked at a barbed fitting on the side causing 4 flame outs.
My buddy tried to seal the leaks at the airshow but no sucess only another forced landing.

They are NOT BVM or Hansens from Dreamworks.

It has a Red output fitting...

I can't remember where I bought them.

Does anybody know what brand they were?

it's a TamJet, i've used a few of them and never had a problem with them, i don't use the screw down fitting just safety the line.
