glitching, thats what thats refered to. The only way I know to fix that is by runing a spektrum radio system. All am/fm transmitters have small amounts of the glitching to them. You might be able to lower the problem with fresh barrties, but once they run low, its going to return.

Yeah, i noticed that too, when my batteries get low, the throttle servo seizures a bit when i work the steering. i also run an upgraded Steering servo. would a hump pack solve this problem, because i think that and a failsafe are next on my list

Yep, was just going to say tray a fail safe unit. A hump pack is for sure the way to go. If you have a hi torque steering servo and you think its fast now, wait till the hump pack is installed. The steering is way quicker with the hump. The fail safe might help with your glitching, radios are hard to tune, as you can only put new battries in.

If you are using alkaline batteries throw them out. Go get a hump pack. If not a hump pack get rechargeable NIMH's for it. Even with only 1.2v each compared to 1.5v of an alkaline battery they still give out more amps. and that is what counts. If you get creative you can add a 5th battery to the other 4 but make sure you have it so it won't go flying in a crash..

Howdy!
I just wanted to know where I can buy a prepainted body for my rush evo. I can cut mounting holes and cooling holes. I can also trim around the wheels and things. I just do not want to get into painting. Thanks!

Thanks Guys! I am curently using 4 rechargeable AA's , and I have a failsafe. Is the advantage with the hymp that I am getting 6Volts instead of 4,8? Then I maybe try that.
I was out driving Saturday, and while racing with my friend who has a savage, I burnt my slipper clutch [
], but now I have ordered new parts. I ordered the HD alu one. How do I know that I have tightened the nut enough? how much shal the spring be compressed?
Thanks!

The Spur gear is the Savage steel gear set 52t. The HPI part number is #86808.
Yes that is my Hump pack inbetween the front shocktowers. Great place for it as it provides weight on the front end which provides better grip whilst steering and it simple to take out and charge.

If you do decide to put that Savage spur gear on you do need engine mounts to make it fit. I used the cheapo ones, but when i get a bit more money i will upgrade them. Any thoughts on which ones to get.

tower hobby has 2 diffrent one, I think there 20 and 15 mm, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXN377&P=Z http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXN378&P=Z I had to use the 15mm one, Im running a OS .12tz engine. The cheap ones wouldnt allow the spur and bell to line up right, plus it had the exhaust kicked way out to the right side. You can also run any rush bell with the savage spur, takes a bit of work though, but it can be done.

The setup on my car has the savage spur and a Rush bell the engine mounts sorted any problems out getting the spur to fit.

Also recently snapped a dogbone and am looking to upgrade them to either cvds or univesals. Which ones are more durable.
