Default Which servo? blue bird or futaba

Hi Guys

I am currently putting together my first pattern ship, a Quest 2 90size. I am considering using the blue bird high torque servos. Has anyone flown these and what is your opinion of them vs Futaba.

I have used both brands the blue birds are okay I had a centering problem with one out of four
so the other three blue bird servo's are in a sport plane.
The rest of my 15+ plane have either Futaba or Hitec servo's in them.

You get what you pay for. I would stick with high quality big name servos. Especially for a pattern ship, you will probably want coreless high torque etc if not digital.

The hobby shop said I could try some Blue Bird servos in my plane to see if I liked them compared to the Futaba. It didn't take me long to realize that Futaba was much better. Another guy at the air field had bought Blue Birds from the same hobby shop and was going to try to return them because they couldn't keep center. Glad to see you're sticking with Futaba.
