Photos from Hooben's Tank Day held this past Sunday in Hangzhou. Was well attended with 120 or so present plus 30+ tanks on display in addition to some nice heavy equipment my son went nuts over- he's the one riding the dragon wagon.

Overall I was impressed with Hooben's new offerings. Their 1/16 M4A3E8 & late Tiger will be available end of June but I've got a pre-order in; they've already shipped limited quantities to EU. My son's Mato Sherman was the only all metal tank which garnered some considerable interest; we should have stayed through the end since we probably would have gotten an award for muddiest tank. Unfortunately no sign of the Maus other than the promo banner but lots of added bling such as that golden T-55.

If my memory serves. That golden T-55 is in fact based on a Type-59 premium tank from the game World of Tanks : Blitz

Jerry, I have to say they looked, ran & sounded great. From photos I've seen of parts in stock they won't run out anytime soon but I'd not delay, either. Again, was impressed with all I saw Sunday.
