Default weathered tiger 332

well here are some pics of my weatherd tiger 332 ive corrected the gun as well as filled in the red warning light. i also fixed the mg port on the side and i placed a light up mg in the turret hole. the false tracks on the front of the hull were also replaced with real tracks.then i weathered the tank with light sand , mud, soot, and rust weathering paint . i tried to correct the commanders hatch but the glue held it on tight.all that is really left is to apply some battle damage (maybe ) let me know what you guys think.

It looks really good! [sm=thumbup.gif] If you want to do some more modifications, you could always correct the antenna location and length as well as separate and damage the skirts.

Really nice job on the weathering. If I could suggest though, You need to fix the length of the main gun.

not the best place for the flag. they were not neatly rolled and stored, but kept handy to flip open at first sight of German aircraft and very quickly dragged inside and hidden when ours appeared.

i was flipping through some tank books at borders (while i was waiting for my wife to get her harry potter book ) and saw a pic of a tiger with the flag rolled up like that i just cant remember off hand which book . it could have been tigers in combat 1 or 2 or the book on WWII tanks that i looked at.

Pretty nice Ash.

I like a nice subtle weathering job, much harder to apply than an all out covered in mud affair.

I too spied the rolled up flag and thought it a rather good idea.

Nice work, does both MGs light up and did you add any fiber optics down the barrel, it makes a big difference and an easy mod.[sm=thumbup.gif][sm=thumbup.gif]

Cool, this is a little something that you or others may be interested in, the sample bag of fiber optic parts comes with 5 different sizes, one as thin as a human hair, all 3 foot in length each and 4 different sizes of stranded all one foot in length each all endglow, one of the thick stranded has 25 strands in it (=25 feet) it's a nice starter pack to experiment with. cost is 18.00 USD and 1.50 shipping by USPS, they do ship outside the US. They also have LEDs I think are cheep, any size and color. www.fiberopticproducts.com
