I think he means metal upgrades etc. Most will, others like sprockets etc won't because the final drive/axle it slips on to are different.

the Impact sprockets will fit...The HL has one lobe on the axle as opposed to Tamiya's two. all you need to do is Dremmel and round out one of the lobes inside the sprocket hub and it fits great. I have fitted my M-26A1(T-84), Super Pershing (T-81)and Jap Type 97(Pz III) with "Tamiya" designed metal tracks and they fit nice.
