mugen mbx5t pro spec
hey guys, just wantin to know what eles would i need to get it up and running. am thinking about getting the ninja 21 engine. spectrum radio set. also would the body or wheels come with the truck? plz say if i missed out something. cheers

You will need servos, an engine, a radio and receiver, and paint for the body.
It comes with Proline crimefighter MTR tires, and the MBX5T wheels.
As for the servos, a lot of people like the ACE servos, but I really love my Hitech 5955TG servo. It has so much torque, and it is fast.
For the radio, if you can afford it, get a Futaba 3PKS with the FASST system. If not, the spektrum system is fine.
And the new Ninja .28 engine looks nice, but a lot of people like the .21.(no clue, since I own neither)

hey ive been thinkin, am goin to be racing now and then but not all the time. should i get the mbx5t or the mbx5t pro spec?

hey nice pics maniac, just a Q, is that an STS .28 engine in that rig? If so, how does it perform? I'm looking for an engine for my soon to come MBX5T right now. Thanks. I'm stuck on an engine now, I'm thinking Mach 457, Go .21, Force .28, really any good cheap motors..... Thanks again.

It's the STS .28. I got it modded, and it's been having problems, so I'm sending it in. I ran two tanks through it, the first idling, and the second blipping the throttle. That thing idled through the first entire tank without dying once. And I could tell it had a lot of power just blipping it. I mean, it was spraying rocks every time I blipped it. Then it went bad, but that's because the modder did something wrong.
