Default RCV 90SP Loose Throttle Arm

I am getting a lot of play in the throttle arm/ring on my 90SP (throttle arm will rotate a couple of degrees before the carb opening moves). Has anyone else had this problem? How can I tighten it up?

Is the grub screw on the side properly tightened?
If so, you need to gently punch the lugs on the front holding the arm till there is no movement.
Same problem on a Saito .91 was solved by using two 0-80 button head screws to hold the arm in place.
Screws and tap are available from [link=http://www.microfasteners.com/]Micro-Fasteners[/link], who are the BEST!

Thanks Shonny, it was the lugs. Light tap on each one fixed it.
