Default RCV90 Frozen

HI:
I have a rcv90 and it's been in my workshop for the last two years mounted to a Cessna 182. I know I did a dumb thing by leaving it set for so long but now I need advice on how to free the engine without causing any real damage.

I had a stuck valve lifter on an O.S. 90. WD40 did the trick with no apparent side-effects.

Well after baking it in an oven for an hour and generous amounts of WD 40 into the exhaust and intake ports as well as the glow plug hole I finally got it to turn over. I will dismantle it and check the bearings, etc.
