Next weekend May 3rd, we will be taking the 1/5 scale truck and buggy out for some major beatings.

We are going to meet about 10 other large scale bashers in Chanlder AZ at 9am on Saturday. So, if you are local and want to come check it out let me know and I will shoot you the location.

There will be some MCD's, plenty of Bajas and some FG's out there, so it will surely be interesting.

We will take plenty of video showing how the Redcats compare to the major brands, so we should get some good stuff.

Here is the location. It will start at about 9am Saturday. Feel free to bring your nitros if you want to run them.

It is off of Kyrene and Chandle blvd. Sorry dont have an exact address as it is simply a big open area.

From the looks of it there will be about a dozen other 1/5 scales out there and a bunch of guys with Nitros. So if you happen to be in the Phoenix area this saturday, come on by and bring your goods and join the bashing.

i didnt bring my car but it was still sweet, those 1/5 scales are so sick. they run like a champ, i didnt get to see the buggy run but what i saw from the truck its awesome. if i had the money i would so buy one of them. going from my 1/10 to the 1/5 is crazy, they are huge, and they look like they can take a beating.

ya it was great to meet you, i think is so cool to meet the owner of the company (i think thats what you are haha), but ya for sure i will bring my truck out next time, i just had to re-change my clutchbell, cause i put my stock one back on to see how it was with the direct drive, plus i have to buy some new batteries (or a hump pack). but next time i will. do you know when the next time you will be out is??

Looks like all went well, did you also run the buggy or just the truck?

We ran the buggy for a good 30 seconds. Someone else was on the same frequency and I did not realize it, so the buggy and the curb became very good friends. After the curb, the buggy decided to take the rest of the day off.



I blame myself. I put the buggy down and it moved a little bit, but thought nothing of it, as I was excited to show the buggy off due to an X-can pipe I put on it which makes it run like a bat out of hell.

Wow, guessing that made you feel good but what the ??? 30 seconds excitement with buggy but all day with the monster...
