Coroplast

B) Local sign shop - explain what your building so they don't think your making signs
C) from a local gas station - outdoor advertisements... ask and you'll get them free
D) ebay members sell coroplast as realty sign material, not the cheapest way to go but still an option

B) Paint - http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_26...tm.htm#2678961

8) THINGS NOT TO DO

A) do not simply zip tie servos to coro - the flex of the coro gives sloppy controls - if using zipties in the coro, use stiff plastic or a piece of wooden ruller on the backside to add stiffness
B) do not use zip ties to seal a wings leading edge, the coro will fail
C) do not run the coro flutes parallel to the fuse, unless your skilled @ building, this leads to a deformed leading edge if not done perfectly
