My electric update to the infamous Flat Bat. Same dimensions but with all 2 mil thin wing. Cheap motor and 3S 2200 Mah pack. Nice for combat or sport. My favorite plane right now. RTF weight 35 oz.

My "ONE BUCK BAM BAM". The easiest Spad I have ever built. Designed by someone in the foamy section. Has a single thickness coro wing using two 5/32" music wire spars. I use a cheap electric motor and 3 s LiPo battery. Build and finish in a couple of hours. Flies very well considering the simplicity. I didn't take a finished picture, and the original now resides in the top of a tall pine tree. Flying in too small a field in high wind[&o]

I started with Gary's Plans then adjusted to use a PVC fuselage. The wings bolt together in the body.
It has too much bend in the wings so it is very unstable, but I love how it looks

Carnard: Am I counting 4 engines on your carnard ? 2 pusher and 2 tractor ? WOW !!! Are they .25 or .46's ? Way too cool and sophisticated !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cpuls: I was wondering about the flight characteristics of a gull wing of that nature. Looks like alot of angle in the wing, but way cooooool !!!!!!

Angles are as follows:
upper main wing: 0 deg.
lower main wing: +1 deg.
canard foreplane: +3 deg.
...Ugly?...sure is ugly and yes, I did "waste" quite a lot of 4mm coro and lotsa pine sticks from the lumber yard - 25 lbs all in all. But it has four engines, it did fly and it is my own design and it can be fitted in my sedan car when dismantled. Takes about 30 min to get it ready at the field and it sounds pretty good in the air:

Mustang, the PBF is powered by a TGY52cc gasser from Hobby King. It fly's awesome and will almost catch it's tail in a loop. Hovers at about 60% RPM and with the airfoil the transition between stalled and forward flight is smooth as glass. More Pics too. My monster twin powered by two os 46ax's and my PBF powered by a os 32 sx
