New 2mm & 4mm Coroplast Supplier!
Mr. Leon Snyman at Mr. Plastics in N. Litttle Rock Arkansas ...877-679-5278. I called one morning and had 2 mm coro in the next afternoon! He is very friendly, willing to order ,cut and ship 2-4 mm coro UPS. He knows about SPADS and was around when the SPAD movement started. So...give him a call ...tell him David sent you!

I purchased 2 sheets of 2mm and 2 sheets of 4mm and had them cut into 4 pieces each for $45.00..idrove and picked them up. I'm not sure about the shipping.

I just got an email back from Leon and he said he only had 2mm in white.... gonna have to stick with CorrugatedPlastics.net.

I haven't ordered any 4mm from them as I have a local source for that. A single sheet of 2mm cut into 4 24x48" sheets was $14 and the shipping was $15.61.

Any idea what's the best way (which way is cut in relation to flutes) for this material? I'm getting back into the hobby after being gone for 4+ years.

Depends on what you're building I guess, but if you're folding up an all 2mm wing and you're getting a 2x4 piece, you'd want the flutes running the 2' direction. If you're making an RNAF wing you can get two pieces out of a 2x4' piece unless you've got a big ol' fat chord.
Something like a 5' Debonair wing and you'd need 2 30" pieces.....

I made a stop by Mr. Plastic's warehouse June 28th. Visited with Leon for about an hour. He is one nice guy and a pleasure to do business with. I suggested he talk with UPS and get together some estimated shipping charges for those who call for coro. While there I purchased (3) 4' X 8' sheets of white 2 mm and (1) sheet of 4' X 8' yellow 4mm. He cut to 2' X 4' pieces. Total charge was $ 50.00. My local sign shops can't get the 2mm and charge me $25 to $30 for a single sheet of 4' X 8' white 4mm. His minimum order per palet limits his colors in 2mm but he has about any color in 4mm that you would request. If you are into building these SPADs, I think it would be well worth it to give this guy a call.
