W.E. Technical Fokker DR-1 D-VII Plans
Don't know about WE Services but Arizona Models has a set of plans for a 1/3 scale triplane. Look at:

The last time I saw these plans I think they where based on the Redfern reproduction triplane plans and where like building that at 1/3 size.
