Default cardboard as a building material

In the new issue of Model Avation, there is a CL project that uses corrugated cardboard as a building material.
Could it be used on other plans? It would be interesting to build on for RC
Thanks for the input

For the most part you can basically use it the same as the SPAD guys use corroplast but you need to fuel proof it and it won't handle as much speed and power. The plastic corroplast is a much better material IMHO.

Hi again;
Visit my website at http://home.earthlink.net/~charlesfelton to see photos of cardboard models & construction techniques, for both RC & CL designs. See also the photo of my cardboard Spitfire in March 2004 Flying Models. Cardboard is inexpensive, strong, rugged and builds fast. Checkout the website and give me your feedback. Chuck
