Yes they have been out for a while its a RCMK twin they had a recent recall for the cranks but those look like the new ones being water cooled and everything.

RE: S520 EVO Twin
Having modified a couple of the 520 twins at this point, can pretty much say original picture posted on first post is the original engine that is having the crank issues.
The mating of the two cranks was done via half shaft mating with an overlap, sadly they failed rather quickly sending RCMK back to the engineering dept. Word is for them to mate two cranks and absorb the pounding of two independent engines the cases are being redone as well. I know at this point the two engines I had done are yet to receive updated parts from RCMK, tho have no doubt RCMK will make good on there goof up

Here are the pictures of the new S520.
Here are the pictures of the new S520.
With degree of complexity now in the design, really curious whats going to happen with the price
** Curious, is there a picture showing if the outboard case half's of PTO and MAG sides are still running 2 bearings side by side ?

RE: S520 EVO Twin
Hi Guys
well this how it goes with the S520 Evo, Ive had mine since they first came on the market (its still unrun in the box) due to the crankshaft problem !
I recived an email from Mr Park yesterday Sat 25th to say that he will be posting off a complete new bottom end to me on Monday.
so those of you that have this motor have nothing to worry about.
Bob.
