proboat SHOCKWAVE 55
I was reading on the other post about changing the rudder setup on the shockwave55?. I want wanting to know, what side is the best side to mount it on ? I am changing it to an offset rudder setup.Thanks

Most move them to the right of the prop. When racing (that you probably won't do, just guessing) we run on a clockwise course so when making right-hand turns more of the rudder is is the water than when making lefts. Set it up so that you have enough room to swing the rudder without hitting the prop plus just a little extra just to be on the safe side. You should never need this much throw on the rudder but just in case.......
