WOW that poor boat. I wanted to do the save with the BJ55, have my wife drive my jetboat wile I drive the BJ55 side buy side. On glassy water, but chop I'm scared to crack her. It would be cool to jump the wake like we do wakeboarding.
How often have you done that and how’s that hull doing? Good I hope being a multi Proboat owner.

I like the boat alot! ![Big Grin](https://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
I've run the boat in chop like that 3-4 times so arround 2 hours or so.........no crack anyware yet, so I think the boat is able to handle these kind of waves.
I think alot of people are mixing the previous version of the shockwave (the yellow one) which I read that it was very weak.
Anyway I like this boat alot and this is my first boat to

I hope the new SS is stronger than the original because I actually used mine in the open lake where they actually do run offshores and cigarettes and have jumped it like a jet ski. Not good on a Proboat. I had a Prather that loves the air around 4 foot jumps through 3-4 foot swells. I have only run those two Cheap boats like that as I wouldnot try with a real boat. I hope the SS has been beefed up because the original I had ended up getting cracks around the hatch areas, transom, etc. That was why the last runs on the boat were wicked. Not worth the time and money to fix the hull.. Good luck to everyone with the PBs and RIP for the unlucky ones that have already learned. Here is a tragedy that happened last Labor Day on my lake. http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?i...C-RSSFeeds0312
