Default Help with enigine ID?

HI, I got this motor with a hull I picked up for a buddy. Can anyone ID it? I know it's older and all the ID stickers are gone. Was probably going to toss it into a hull for my dad to mess around with...

Thanks, must be an old G2D. There's an old "Powered by Zenoah" sticker on the pull starter. Are the G2D's the ultimate in slowness? I did a little searching and saw something referring to them as "Straight Plug Engine- 2.0hp".

It'll work for its intended use, but I'm just curious.

Thanks,
Dennis

2HP sound about right. I would take that engine over a Homelite!

Thanks, it should push my dad's hull just fine. I just can't decide if I shold have him work on one of the extra glass hulls I have around or pick him up a zipkit crackerbox to keep him busy. I'm just trying to get him into something new to pass the time and keep him thinking.

THanks again Zac and FastRat.
