Does this sound good
tell me if this is a good boat please
its a Lazer 45
Zenoah 260 full mod engine by HD has only a little run time on it. It's equipped with all the best equipment including a 2" band aluminum tuned pipe, WT257 carb, all Speedmaster hardware, DuBro Quick Fill valve, Hitec 805 steering servo, Hitec throttle servo, Trinity 1150 nimH receiver pack, LED battery monitor, all the linkages, water cooling, etc.etc. This is an excellent package for race or sport, and you'll be certain to have the most impressive mono on the lake next Spring! The only flaw is a very small chip in the paint on the nose (shown in the last photo)All you'll need is your receiver and radio, a prop, and some gas. The Lazer 45 handles race water like no other. It is stable and fast at the same time, and this one handles like it's on rails. Shipping is restricted to the U.S. and will cost only $35. Guys, this is a fine boat, but I won't be able to race next season so someone might as well have a blast with her. You won't be disappointed. Paypal or money orders are accepted, so bid to win!!

Is this on E Bay or who is selling it? Ask if the boat has a wood support under the deck, going from the stringers up to the deck support beam. If NO, it is NOT an AC Model boat, probably a copy. Don't waste your money. If YES, ask him for the writing on that support. It is glassed over and can't be removed unless ground off. Also, if the bottom running surface has been painted, it will not perform well, if it is a Lazer 45. I would also be asking who HD is ( eng. mod ).
If it is as advertised, then it " could be " a good pkg. The Lazer 45 is a VERY GOOD boat, and therefore is copied. And of course, ANY used boat is a gamble. Ask the seller about the above support info, and then, at least we can varify if it's genuine.

i would say the reserve is between $900-1100 for it. Good looking boat with a few flaws, i bet the engine was modded by Hammerdown racing, good motors.

Andrew while i think asking advice is good advertising your chosen target on here isnt as ive seen a few guys lose what they were bidding on when someone on here went and outbid him, just a heads up mate be carefull who you show your bargains to.

its at 899.99 with 5 days left and the reserve still isnt met. You can bet this boat is gonna go for over 1200.

HD stands for Hammer Down racing engines. It should have a special decal on the pull start with "hammer down racing" and his phone #. It could also be some random guy who makes engines nicked named HD so find out and becareful.
P.S. thats a good boat but there are alot of deals out there, just be patient!
