You'd need to build something on the lines of this.[:-] Then you'd need years of experience to know how to set it up using a network of brilliant friends helping you achieve your goal. Not something you can buy off the shelf. Brian

Get with someone who knows props and set ups. That has ALOT do do with your speed after you get over 40.

Is your engine modded?

Guess the question might be - how fast do you want her to go. You started asking about 100mph - (probably 3 model gas boats in the world running those speeds).

If you are interested in running the 50's then that boat you have (with some work) might be capable of it. Beyond that - you will need a different boat and some serious motor work (and a dose of knowledge and experience wont hurt either). You will find that the guys going faster than 60mph are not the guys on forums asking "how can I go faster than 60mph" but rather the ones with the experience to figure out what they need to do

With the knowledgable people actually willing to help with giving setup configurations, and being able to buy the hot ticket props.... 60mph is not really a hard number to get these days, IMO. Sometimes a boat already has the setup and prop to do it...just not the motor. My Cat went from consistently running high 50's to well into the 60's with nothing but a motor swap.

You might need a turbine engine.

I know, a RC gas boat is hard to break that speed, I'm just dreaming, there is no turbine RC boat engine in the market, be more sense, disney should change the topic to 70MPH.

um... you may want to do some research before making a statement like that. The turbines on the market may not be marketed toward the RC marine world... but they are being used regardless.
