Default Expresscraft MTI update.

Well a few guy's wanted to see a few of the build pics, so ive loaded some from the past couple months. Ill get some newer ones loaded as soon as I get my digi back.

Things that are done:

Red/black carbon/kevlar reinforced inner hull.
Dual rudders mounted.
Skegged strut drive mounted.
Auto-bailers mounted.
Water inlets/exits mounted.
Air scoops mounted.
Naca ducts/top air scoop cut out.
Radio box/enigine/fuel take all fitted, but havent mounted.
Foam cut and fitted

Think thats it, havent been working in it due to work/travel/school but should hit the water for some trials soon, then its off to paint in Mishigan.

You can use 2-56 button head bolts and a 2 liter coke bottle if you wanna keep a budget! just cut the 2 liter to fit the contour, measure out equal holes around the windsheild and bolt into place. Im having mine painted in, I reallydolt like the clear windsheilds without a scale cockpit.

I'm interested in those metal vent grates you're mounting at the back of your MTI, they look perfect for my Thunderbolt Cat.

Could you share where you got them?

Thanks,

You hit the nail on the head. MHZ...just send them an email and make sure they are in stock prior to ordering, they have a nasty habit of preselling products that are not in the states yet. but I must say everything I have ordered lately was shipped within a few days , including my air scoops..

My vents may be a little large for your hull, the MTI is 60", so I went with their large vent. they carry MTC & MHZ vents....Mine are the MHZ which are slightly larger in each of the 3 sizes.
