??? To Rename or remain the same ???
About 2-3 years ago we ( TopSecretBoats ) bought the Team Strike Super Cat Molds. And in the last year and a half we had made and tested 3 different molds for the bottom. And Now that we are real happy with the results and are going to release the cat to the market.
Being that it is now different than the original SUPER CAT (Bottom ) and no longer producer by Team Strike, should we give it a new name?
Let me know your thoughts. SUPER Cat Or New Name????

That's a tough one Bill. The Team Strike Super Cat is the name that it was known by and there are still some Super Cat's still around. There seems to be a shortage of cowls for these hulls so you may be able to sell some of those by themselves. If you do go with a new name possibly put in for a while "the hull formerly known as......." until people got used to the new name.
This is the old Eddie Barnes hull I'm assuming? If so, I gave one of those away as it had seen better days. The person that I got it from let his dad drive it and he hit a few things with it like dock pilings and rocks.
I just thought of this as humorous as the initials for Team Strike and Top Secret are the same!
Maybe just call it the TS Super Cat.

How about running a compition for the best name............you maybe able to donate a hull to the winner..

The super cat and team strike aren't the same boat, the team strike was a 57in apache,they were both made by Off shore boat co "Eddy Barnes". I had a team strike with a G62,hated the motor, loved the boat. (name super cat 2) Larry
