Love me a well designed Sprint Cat. Nice set up and I especially like the tap on the muffler for sound deadening. I have been playing with the idea but am a little nervous about water flowing back to the head and into the motor when I cut the engine. Very cool boat.

Really nice set up. I especially like the way the canopy is held down. Thumbs up on that one.

Thanks ..... for the water exhaust I use a alum muffler and remove inside - add a 8/32 fitting near the middle - to feed the water to it I use a T off the water outlet line (to feed tip) ... in the water line to the tip I slide about a 4" piece of antenna tubing - this restricts the water to the tip so only a portion is fed to tip... works rather well though for sound (on stock engines)

I only use this system on boats with no clutch - so when boat is running - it's fed water - when he stops so does water. I usually tilt all my boats when I pull from water (habit) so I dump any water out and too much exhaust pressure for any water to be bad fed when running - not one issue from water tip exhausts yet (LOLexcept losing one)

I fed water to my twin Cats too ......http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEVBqXZUvG0

Nice clean build you got there Randy....good job. What kind of motor mounts are those, pretty trick.
