i think the zen7 is a Prestwich models engine, other than that i know nothing....

Good strong motors you wont find anything but good said about them from those that use them,a customer and friend is currently running one of my Apache 58" hulls with one and reckons shes over 50 mph so that should say something about them havent tried one myself.

Hi I have been useing one of Dave's Zen7 motors for the past 3 years in my AC Lazer 45 with a QD Hotpipe on it, runs 58Mph on the GPS
with no problem at all nice motor from a genuine guy.

thx for the info,i tent to put this motor in the fsrv-gas boat with one of his new pipe(Dave's).I ordered the spares with no problem and got it from him to South Africa in 3 days.Great service

ive got the apache mart is talking about it ran at 53 mph the zen7 is a great motor very powerfull ive had it 2 years now
never had a prob with it ive also ran it in a falcon cat 60 mph
im sure if you get one you will be very happy with it

Good motors,

in answer to the FSRV pictures, not a huge amount of peopleon here building them, though I will finally get round to starting on my Thunder in the next few weeks I hope.

If you notice that pond has concrete sides which makes the waves act like that and even more so when boats are running as they bounce off the sides of the pond.Why would he need to try and make his boat look faster do you think he has nothing better to do with his time.
If you have a look at some videos from that pond with some sail boats on you will see the waves doing the same thing,in fact its renowned for it,they hold the world championships there each year and everyone coments on it.

hi i have no reason to edit my vids i enjoy my hobby i waz just showing a zen 7 runing in one of my boats
for the person that asked what there like i have lots of vids on utube if you care to look all the group that use the lake are hitting the 49 and over
i would like to see your vids of your boats if you have eny
