Default My New 55" Offshore racer

The boat comes directly from the workbench, but to be the first time in the water, I am very satisfied.
Certainly there are a lot of work to do on the settings, to get a really good boat, but it feels really good.
There is a buoy in the left part of the lake which is not visible in the "water mirror" so I can not go flat out.

Sounds flat out to me. Looks like the ride is race trim as well.

Hej Janne, looking good and riding nicely How does it compare to your Sigma? Didn't know they were producing Faluga hulls again but I suppose a Naviga WC gold (even if it was the larger 155 hull) is a good incentive.

Hi Ian. Yes the Sigma51 is fun, fast turns and has a high top speed, with a QD25HT.
BUT then its over powered (in my set up).
Now I have a Mod RCMK S254 in my Sigma51 and that is okay, but i cant get the same top speed.

To answer your question.
I prefer the Faluga hull, it is more predictable and feels very safe to drive.

Yes is a guy in Stockholm, does the Faluga hulls again. (but in a narrow scale)

some set up pics

A pic from the boat´s first race (and mine to).
I guess it wasnt the best race to do the debute in, but it was realy fun.
Had to lead down the hull with 3.2 pounds, to not be airborne all the time.
But! It was like flying without wings anyway
