Default water colled head for .16

hi all a mate has a few of these boats sitting around his shed so we got a bit drunk and thought, why the hell not? so we built sais boat and swapped a few (all) bushes with bearings and fitted a truck engine he had layin around too. engine is an academy xt. just want to know if all .16 engines have same head bolt configuration and if so can anyone recommend a half decent water cooled head to suit? ive read also that these things have problems snapping flex shafts, how hard is it to secure a 3/16 shaft to suit of would it be easier to make my own. as the pics show the header pipe will be in the water, which with a bit of my cuttin and shuttin will fix.
all comments welcomed
cheers,dan

Actually, the air-cooled head might just do the job. K&B has an SS version of their .21 that is air-cooled and some use the buggie head on MAC .21's instead of the water-cooled head.

Wow, an Aussie drinking? Nah..........[sm=lol.gif]

as it turns out ron i have built my very own bar which i stock with 5 different styles of beer on tap. im a very avid homebrewer but now id like to turn my passion for engineering towards nitro boats.
will keep posting results on our speed machine, but id still like to know where to source a 3/16 cable to run the prop,as ive read electro motors ripping the standard cables to shreds,id hate to think what this little nitro will do[X(]
