Default Dual Nitro Motor TC 31 Questions

I am thinking of a project making a dual Nitro motor thundercat 31. i want to know if this is possible and any positives/negatives of doing this other than tuning difficulties that you all may have had if you tried doing this? Also if possible where do i position the props? Thanks

What 2 motors are you planning to use? And why a TC 31? IS it because you have one?

I am still debating on what motors to use but the reason i said a TC31 is because i have one and dont think i want to buy a new hull. It is still just an idea.

for the sake of love building twin nitro this is fine but when it comes to practicality probably nothing..lots of modification, too heavy for the hull, expensive and double headache tuning..just my 2cents... but still doable though...

Thanks Wave for your input. i think ill just drop the idea and instead put a .46 os in it. Hey wave are you the one with the .46 in the tc31. i would like to ask what was necessary to install the motor if thats ok and what prop are you using. Thanks

yup i did .46 on tc31.

i used different motor mount i think speed master but somebody from the tc31 forum used the stock mount.

i'm running prather 245, this is surprising coz this is a huge prop.

did trimming of the canopy.

re alignment of the motor.

made the radio box smaller, but right now i don't use radiobox no more, instead i got traxxas waterproof servo and their radiobox

irwin quite pipe

put epoxy layer inside the hull, the stock hull can't withstand crash impact at the speed of high 40's and 50's

i add oiler for the shaft

extend the rudder mount and centered.

hope this helps..
