Default Trex 500 ESP question

Hiya

I am about to order the following Trex 500 ESP from rc711.com (http://www.rc711.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=4739{6}15{17}138{9}33 {12}57)

Any comments about either Trex 500 or rc711.com as webshop?

You may want to compare with Helidirect. I bought a 450 Sport from and was satisfied. They have a [link=http://helidirect.com/align-trex-500-esp-motoresc4servos-kx017012-new-p-18456.hdx]Trex 500 ESP kit[/link] so you can compare. I don't know the Futaba transmitter that is included I. The other kit, but if I were you, I would look for at least a 7 or even 8 channel transmitter. I have a DX7, and wish I had a Dx8 now. Looking to control lights, detracts, camera stand for my Gaui 330X (need rotary dial).

I bought my Trex 500 ESP from Rotorquest in Canada.

You can also check RC Hover @ http://www.rchover.com/ & Ron's Heli Pro South @ http://www.ronlund.com/ both will work with you on price when looking for a package deal. I personally deal with RC Hover all the time & would highly reccommend them. Call & ask to speak with Jeremy.
As far as the transmitter goes +1, unless budget is tight opt for at least a Dx7 or DX8 if you want to go nitro, you will end up wanting Ch7 for the engine's govenor, or other options like retracts etc if you ever want to go scale. I currently own a Dx6I. It's a great radio ! But I wish I had spent the extra few bucks now on the Dx7.
Just my 2 cents
\Good luck
