Smile Trex 450 Hotrod

Heres a quick pic of a 450 I built for a friend of mine, It has Titanium frame sides, all aluminum main parts, unbendable main and tail shafts made from stamping tooling.
Im going to surprise him on his B-Day, as he has wrecked his other 450 for 2 weeks, and has no bucks to spend on rebuilding it. I just need a few more parts, and it will be done

Let me know if yall think he will be surprised.

Frank

That looks impressive Frank, did you machine the parts yourself?

Your friend is very lucky!

parts I make, are the main and tail shafts, frames, and its all screwed together with stainless m2 torx screws.
I havent bent a shaft in 2 years, and about 30 crashes on one, so I think the name of the heli, "Bullitt Proof 450" would fit to it,

I am sure they would be very popular if you made them available for sale.

Thanks, Maybe Ill do a build thread on this one, I did take some pics while building it.
I got the Idea from Mostro Monoblock, I read where they said it would probably fly just the way it is, just the essentials.
And the look from a TDR with the slanted tail, so decided to do my own, and it works and looks good also.
