Your gain is probably too high on your gyro (adjust it in the radio programming if possible)
Start at about 70% and go from their. Mine is at 68%

I am having the same problem. I have tried changing the gain at the gyro and atv on the tx. Any other ideas? Thanks.

reduce the gain. other than that your belt could be loose causing it to skip, or your tail servo might have a broken gear or there is play in the linkages.

I think the belt was too loose but have to get the repair parts to confirm that. [&o]

Confirmed this evening with $40 worth of new parts, the belt was too loose. Live and learn and obviously I still have a lot to learn.

I had to do a lot of rebuilding on my Falcon 3D at first. It is getting better. This 450 is the first one i have really put together, even though it came in arf form. I have a friend here at work that is a very experienced heli flyer. He is going to take the 450 and fine tune it and get the radio equipment set up as it should be. He has been a big help to me. I don't think i would have ever got the Falcon flying right if it weren't for his help and would have probably given up by now. If you can find someone in your area to help you, it is very beneficial.
