Default Venting a OS 37

Is it a need to vent the lines while filling the fuel tank? I know I you have to clamp the line to the motor. I have a Raptor 30 with an OS 37 that I still can't get to start. when it does start it runs about 3-4 seconds then dies and the motor is locked up I have to vent the glow plug to let the air and fuel escape. I'm wondering if I'm getting to much air in the system.

if it's flooding your getting to much fuel, lean the main needle valve.
the only venting you need in the fuel system is pressure line to the exhaust system.

It is vented when filling it up with the pressure line going to the muffler. The air has to go somewhere when the tank fills up with fuel.

Check all your fuel lines (even the one inside the tank) and make sure they are not sucking air anywhere. Make sure your low end needle is set right. Make sure you have a good glow plug, some glow plug will work as long as you have the igniter on it, but as soon as you take it off it won't work (the motor will die).
