Ideas for homemade balloon tires?
I'm looking for a way to make nice looking Cub-style balloon tires, around 3" diameter.
The store-bought wheels either have hubs meant for an F-16 or treads WAY too deep,
and dont have a nice flat hub.
The closest I got was modifying a pair of Trexler airwheels, but they arent sturdy.
Maybe there is a commercial product I'm missing?
How do the serious scale flyers make their wheels?
