Yesterday I ran about 5 tanks before dinner, I'm noticing it like fuel consumption, I was playing around with the high speed needle and it likes being richened.....it's like the more I feed it, the more it wants. I dunno. my Trinity Monster 25% is nearly done, I only have 500cc left. on to the 30% gallon I have. still no leaks. runs perfect. I had a unrelated slipper problem (too loose). I'm at work cleaning the truck now. hopefully I can get out of here early and see what Matt is up to today.

The OFNA .21 is not made by Picco....here's the proof.

www.teampicco.com

Omega and Picco motors are the only ones they make....I wonder why OFNA is'nt there. Because they dont make them.
ARE YOU HIGH???

The picco site doesn't say SQUAT about Orion, JUST the Picco P2. You think OFNA just happened to design, mfg. and market a MID-BLOCK engine at the EXACT same time as Picco/Orion? OFNA, a company that MAKES NOTHING THEMSELVES, whipped up an engine that is identical as the others, down to the special motor mount, cooling fin pattern...even the NUMBER of cooling fins on the engine block (nine!)??

Did they make it at the OFNA factory in ITALY??? Oh, that's right, THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS AN OFNA FACTORY, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!

The ONLY diffs are the carbs & apparantly the backplate seal/bushing. But that's exactly how OEM works...you have a basic core (in this case the engine block & internals) and the companies then put their stamp on it by varying the cosmetics (cooling head) & ancillary parts (carb).

I don't know what your problem is re. figuring out/admitting that this is a TRIO of (almost) identical Italian Picco engines.

But it's clear to the rest of us you are wrong.

Hmmm....

I don't think I've ever heard a belligerent, aggressive "mea culpa" before

WE weren't the one's screaming "we're right, you're wrong"......well, at least we weren't the FIRST!

But I agree, let's drop this point.

Anyone else having problems with any of the three motors. My LHS sent mine back to Werks, CA is a long way from IN and I hope they hurry. I cant wait to get it back so I can run it. I drive a concrete truck for a living and our plant is located inside a gravel pit, talk about tmax heaven.

Here's the latest vid : http://www.rcpics.net/view_single.php?medid=28135

It's pretty big (16 MB), and may not be quite what you are expecting....

does anybody know where I can get a complete metal transmission set, or if not, which would be most suitable for my needs with my .21?

HAHHAA...Now thats good stuff! I've leaned out my Sirio to run about 300+ degrees..its making awesome power..But as soon as It dies im gettin a .21 or .25 .26 .27 for it. That new Sirio .27 XL is looking nice. But if i get lazy I might settle for the Picco P2..We'll see. As i dont play with my T-Maxx that much anymore as I am mainly concentrated on running my 1/8th buggy nowadays.

I believe Robinson Racing has those availible. Again, I was told for now that the Hardcore set was all I needed for the P2.
