Default Revo Pictures?

I just purchased a used T-maxx and I was kind of interested in looking at the revo. Does anyone know where i can find some good pictures of it? Thank you.

Here are some pics of a race ready Revo(well, almost anyway). I have so far put in a pull start, single servo, close retio gearing, taken the reverse servo and module out, lighter screws, etc.
Waiting for more hop ups to lighten it.
Anyway, here it is.

He said it is "race ready" so he would'nt need loads of ground clearance for racing
Closer to the ground the better for racing on flat surfaces.
The Revo has got plenty of ground clearance out the box!

yes it does, and it can get more, put it in the higher setting hole and adjust the preload so it wouldnt have any sag.

no diss-es on anyone, but in all honesty, what is the difference in that truck there and a stadium truck w/ big wheels? i know the differences in trucks, but really, i think the whole monster truck class is getting to be not-monster trucks anymore with all these truggies and these low riders. the racers in the monster truck class are lookng less and less like monster trucks. shouldn't it be the pick up truck or buggy with truck body and big wheels class? hmm. i am getting into racing and am planning a trip to the track as soon as i get home, but looking at trucks like that i am hard pressed to see the monster truck in that any more. don't get me wrong...that is one bad ***** truck...but it ain't no monster.

amen!... that a stadium truck with big tires... there should be a limit on ride height... if you ask me during races.. otherwise buy a stadium truck.. mod it and put some oversize tires on it.. which will put more were on your suspension anyways if not properly set up....

if you don't mind could you describe in detail what all you did to make your revo race ready. i have ordered a revo and waiting for it to get here cause i want to race it. i've never had a nitro monster truck before. what type of servo did you use? i was thinking about using Jr racing servo: Z8800T speed: .15secs/ torque: 188oz/in, would that be enough servo to turn the tire and wheels? if so let me know, if not tell me what to get please.

188 should work awsome, the stock single one is the same one that is dualed up in the revo and it turns pretty good by itself on the Tmaxx, and its only 80 oz

when i get another servo or some more form traxxas I will try my very best to get a vid of it runnig around my yard and flipping and everything else that i could possibly do in my yard.

I lowered my REVO last night because I will do mainly racing and I want a low CG.

You don't really need that high touque of a servo. I use a ko propo 2173 FET digital servo for steering. It has 130oz/in of tourque and .09 secs. transit time. My throttle servo is a 2174 FET. It has 160 ounces of tourque at .15 seconds.
In response to your question about what hop ups I am using, I have not changed alot. I have standard bowties on revo wheels(I had to cut the bead down), I have a pull start, I have the optidrive taken out including the reverse servo, I am running p2 rockers, and almost all of my screws have been swapped with aluminum. The few that are not aluminum are titanium. I am down to about 8 pounds. That is a pound and a half lighter than stock, and I have not even put in the Traxxas hop up parts (they are not in stock yet). And, oh, yeah, I have ceramic bearings throughout the truck. I will be recing again this saturday night...If I get someone to take some pics, I will post them. The last race I ran (2 weeks ago) I won against 3 other revos and a bunch of maxxes and truggies. I lucked out and won because Steve Slayden (who was 1/2 a lap ahead of the field with his revo) flamed out at the end of the race. That was with a basically stock revo, so now, with these other mods, maybee I can keep up with him(biiiig maybee)

i like the pic of race ready revo. can you take some pic of this revo without the body from different angles. so we can get a good look of what a race ready revo should or could look like.

Heres mine. Strickly a basher, no racing for this one. Big Joes, Aluminum rims, and a wheelie bar to keep its nose down.

With nothing in the pic to give it a sense of scale, a well preped racing MT will look like a 10th gas truck. But when you put 10 of them on the track racing it's almost as exciting to watch as 8th buggy. Also, if you want the true MT "look" wouldn't you rather have an electric rock crawler? They look much more like a 1:1 MT than anything that gets raced, but the reason you don't see them racing is becaue they would be awful at it. Slow and always on their lids is not excitment, big air and high speeds are. I race MT and my maxx is low, light, and fast. Anything less would be a waste of time to race.

Sorry but I owned a nitro Rustler and the Revo is far from a stadium truck. The reason why it looks like a stadium truck with big wheels is because it has a stadium body on it. its supposed to look like a stadium truck!!!!!!!!!The guy also has it lowered a little for better cornering ability. Where do they find these guys?
