hi all i have a problem with my front diff, when i spin one of the front wheels it turns the other one like it shud but then clicks and locks up solid. so i stripped down the diff and took the gears out and cleaned them all, all teeth still intact bearings fine, so putt fresh oil in put em back together and fitted back into the truck, same problem still! the rear diff is fine and works as it should but the fron diff locks, so there is nothing in the diff case to lock the gears they arnt worn and look exactly the same as the rear so why does it lock?

Call Traxxas, your truck could be one of the few that had the gear mesh problem they announced a while back. If your Revo is included they will replace it. Heck they'll prolly replace it anyway, Traxxas Customer Service=awesome.

just thoght i would add that the diff oil was silver.

you have a diff. going out I have the same thing going on on one of my TMaxxes, not uncommon to have to replace the diff. gears on Traxxas trucks, When you take it apart you see what the problem is right away, the gears well have a rounded look or worn look. RED

do they wear out that quick its not had a gallon threw it yet!
