I currently run a novak 6.5 brushless system in my heavily modified and extended emaxx.it is runnin a robinson double slipper clutch and 72 tooth metal spur gear.ive just bought at a great price the 4400 hv novak system which i was going to put in my boys e maxx.but obviously i cant have him out runnin mine so my question is which system is gonne be the best??..his truck will also run the double slipper clutch system..any guidance would be great many thanks..

Depends on your budget I guess. But the best place to find your answer would be in the electric section. These are mainly nitro here.

The 4400(Kv) should be faster with the same batteries. The 6.5 is 3100Kv. That said, the 4400 will run hotter and there aren't a lot of gearing choices to keep it running cool. The 6.5 can be geared taller. You can "even" them out with gearing.
