You have alot of choices if your upgrading from the 2.5. You should look up the O.S 18TM. I hear it's great controllable power and a breeze to tune.
You could go with a Picco .26 with a OFNA mount....that will set you back around 225ish.
Or....you could get a QConcepts Big Block conversion kit and buy a .28 or higher. That should be a substantial power increase from your 2.5(Axial .28 is on tower for 120.00)

Ya, is this going into a Revo or T-maxx? usually Big-block=big power but it depends. Im sure there are some small-blocks that will whoop a big-block in a drag race but it all depends.

ye tmaxx is 4wd and they are basicaly the same cept for reverse
err
also big blocks do mean big power in most cases
but they lack rpms..NOT ALL but big blocks lack a lil rpm so there for the top end is affected
