Default needing info

hi . i just bought an airplane with a o.s gemini ft 120 II twin engine . it has no preasure fitting on the muffler. do i need one? how much bhp does it have? what is the recomended prop size? it is on an piper cub with a seven foot wing span.any answer on these questions will be much appreciated. thanks charles. happy flying

That's a good engine, usually doesn't need muffler pressure. If you want it though, you can always tap one exhaust for it.

Prop it like a 90-100 4c engine, 14x6 up to a 15x8. On the Cub you might find the 15x6 is best overall. DO NOT expect to fly it at full throttle in level flight.
