Royal kit Cessna 310
Hi Guys,
I've been given a Cessna 310 aircraft made I believe by Royal that was built 30 years ago. I would like to repair the damage that it has and refinish her. Does anyone have a set of plans of her that I might get a copy of? All help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Royal kit Cessna 310
I have dealt with two people who sell Royal plans on ebay. I have a 310 kit, but honestly the hassle factor of making copies of these big sheets and shipping them is more than what these guys are charging. I have quite a few Royal kits, some with frail yellow plans that clearly would not survive the building process. I have bought 4 sets of plans from these guys; Bearcat, Lightning, Oscar and Tony. I am satisfied enough with the quality of plans from either of these guys that I will almost certainly buy an extra set of plans for the rest of my Royal kits to be sure I have the ability to do repairs and scratch (okay, plan not scratch) build more in the future.

If you do not see what you want on ebay, email me and I will give you their email address.
*edit - By the way, the Royal Cessna kit is of the 310Q model. 72-7/8 inch wingspan and 52-1/2 inch fuselage.

Did you ever get you Roayl 310 fixed up? I have an almost finished Royal 310 hanging from the ceiling and on the finish some day list. It was also built about 30 years ago. Ihave bought plans from both of the guys mentioned in the thread although they top one only sells plans in electronic form now I think. Much faster but then you have to go to Kinkos or some other office supply copier place and get them printed.
The Royal 310 was a nice plane. I screwed mine up in that I cut the canopy too short and then never found a replacement. It is about the right size for me though. I have a pair of Enya 45BB's on it and have one setup to run backwards for counter rotating props.
I also have a Bud Nosen 310 with a pair of Quadras but the quarter scale is too big for me.
Let us know how you came out on getting your Royal Cessna 310Q repaired and flying.

Hey, still figureing out to properly respond to your interests.
I do have a Royal 310q, wings partial built, rest in the box. Also Robart Spring air retracts. I do have a second copy of plans made and I Believe I can still get more copies made if others need. I am easy to work with.
