Can't see that item...it doesn't appear to be a valid number. Keep in mind that you can also buy a non-balancing LiPo charger initially, then add a balancing adapter later. This is what I did - now I'm looking at getting a 'Blinky' balancer to go with my charger. With it I'll be able to balance charge packs up to a charge rate of 2.5A, which is the limit of my charger.

Sorry, I dont know how to link the item from ebay here. Below is the spec's of the battery. I don' know anything about these things, Is this a good one?

Precaution:
Note!

If you want to go cheap, why don't you get this charger:

Just keep in mind that these cheap chargers only put out .8A to 1A, so if you go to charge a 2000mah pack it's going to take a couple of hours. That's the difference between the cheap chargers and more expensive ones...the expensive chargers usually go up to around 3A output.
